Welcome to DomaLearn, a leading provider of AI learning infrastructure on domalearn.info. These Terms of Service (Terms) govern your use of our offerings in 2025. By accessing or using any part of our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please cease use or contact us via our form.

1. Scope

These Terms apply to AI infrastructure and support services, digital information products, and physical items offered by DomaLearn on domalearn.info.

2. Account and Access

Certain offerings require an account. You agree to provide accurate details and safeguard your access credentials.

3. Service Description

DomaLearn provides scalable infrastructure, expert guidance, platform integrations, and continuous support for AI learning and development activities.

4. Fees and Processing

All charges are as stated on our site. Fees are processed at the time of purchase using the selected method.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 AI Infrastructure Services

Requests for reimbursement of fees must be submitted within 14 days of purchase via our form. Approved reimbursements will be processed using the original method within 30 days. A transfer to an equivalent service may be arranged upon request. Services that clearly state non-refundable status, such as custom deployments or one-on-one mentorship, are not eligible for reimbursement due to their bespoke nature.

5.2 Infoproducts

Digital content qualifies for reimbursement within 7 days if access has not exceeded 20% of the total material. After approval, the amount will be processed using the original method within 21 days. No transfer option is available for partially accessed content.

5.3 Physical Products

Upon delivery, inspect items immediately. Damaged or defective products may be d or remediated. Reimbursement requests must be made within 30 days of delivery. Once approved, or remediation will be arranged. Products with broken seals are not eligible for reimbursement due to safety requirements.

6. Cancellation and Scheduling

To reschedule or cancel a booked service, notify us at least 5 business days in advance via our form. Changes requested later may not be accommodated. Alternatively, you may transfer your booking to another participant by providing their details in advance.

7. Warranty Disclaimer

All offerings are provided “as is.” DomaLearn disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

DomaLearn’s liability for any claim arising from these Terms is limited to the total amount paid by you during the 12 months preceding the relevant claim.

9. Term and Termination

These Terms remain effective until terminated. DomaLearn may suspend or terminate access at any time for breach of these Terms. Upon termination, certain provisions will continue to apply.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes will be subject to the courts of Zurich, Switzerland.
